Physical Products

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for all physical products (apparel, training gear, recovery tools).

Eligible Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Products must not show signs of use
  • Return initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed apparel
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (opened shaker bottles, personal care items)

Return Shipping

Defective Products: We cover return shipping costs

Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping

Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Digital Programs

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all digital training programs.

Eligibility:

  • Request within 7 days of purchase
  • Completed less than 25% of the program content
  • Not previously refunded for another program

We trust you. If a program genuinely isn't the right fit, we'll refund it. But if you've completed most of the content, that's not fair game.

Coaching Services

Coaching Policy

No Refunds After Sessions Begin: Once your first coaching session is complete, services are non-refundable.

Cancellation: Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Unused Sessions: If you have unused prepaid sessions and need to cancel your coaching package, contact us to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges for apparel within 30 days. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us and we'll get you sorted.

Process: Email us with your order number and the size you need. We'll send the new item and provide a prepaid return label for the original.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately with photos. We'll either:

  • Send a replacement at no cost
  • Issue a full refund (including original shipping)
  • Provide store credit for a higher amount

Warranty: All products come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@kursedkinetics.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
  3. Ship It Back: Pack items securely with RA number visible and ship to the provided address
  4. Get Refunded: Once received and inspected (usually 2-3 business days), we'll process your refund

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
