Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges for apparel within 30 days. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us and we'll get you sorted.
Process: Email us with your order number and the size you need. We'll send the new item and provide a prepaid return label for the original.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately with photos. We'll either:
- Send a replacement at no cost
- Issue a full refund (including original shipping)
- Provide store credit for a higher amount
Warranty: All products come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email contact@kursedkinetics.com with your order number and reason for return
- Get Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
- Ship It Back: Pack items securely with RA number visible and ship to the provided address
- Get Refunded: Once received and inspected (usually 2-3 business days), we'll process your refund
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
