How long does shipping take?

1–2 business days for handling, then 3–7 business days for delivery within Canada. International orders may take longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Canada only. International shipping coming soon.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

30-day returns on unused gear and apparel. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Digital products are non-refundable but have a 7-day satisfaction window.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us via the form below with your order number. We'll send you a return label and instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you need a different size or color, we'll process an exchange free of charge.

Programs & Coaching

How do I access my program after purchase?

Programs are delivered digitally via email. You'll receive a link to download your program PDF and access to our members area.

Can I get a refund on a program?

Programs have a 7-day satisfaction window. If it's not right for you, contact us and we'll make it right.

How does remote coaching work?

After applying, you'll have an intake call with your coach. You'll receive your custom program via our coaching app, submit check-ins and form videos, and communicate with your coach through the platform.

Products & Sizing

How do I find my size?

Check our detailed size charts on each product page. Apparel fits true to size with an athletic cut. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

What if something doesn't fit?

We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Just contact us and we'll send you a new size.

Are products covered by warranty?

All training gear comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Apparel has a 90-day warranty.
